Welcome to SLOXLY Vendor Program. These Vendor Terms govern the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of sellers who upload, publish, and sell digital products on our platform.
By registering as a vendor on SLOXLY, you agree to comply with these terms and all platform policies.
Vendor Eligibility:
To become a vendor on SLOXLY, users must provide accurate account information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
SLOXLY reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts at its sole discretion.
Product Ownership:
Vendors must own or have full legal rights to distribute any uploaded product including source code, templates, graphics, UI kits, scripts, plugins, or digital assets.
Uploading copyrighted, stolen, leaked, pirated, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
Product Quality:
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that uploaded products are functional, accurate, secure, and match the product descriptions provided.
Products containing malware, malicious code, spam, or harmful content are strictly forbidden.
Pricing & Commission:
Vendors may set product pricing according to platform guidelines. SLOXLY may charge a commission or service fee for each successful sale.
Commission structures may change at any time with notice to vendors.
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate product information
- Providing necessary updates and fixes
- Offering reasonable customer support
- Ensuring products comply with platform standards
- Avoiding misleading claims or fake advertising
Product Removal:
SLOXLY reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any product that violates platform policies, receives repeated complaints, infringes copyrights, or poses security risks.
Payouts:
Vendor earnings and withdrawals are subject to the Seller Withdrawal Policy and payment verification procedures.
Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or policy violations may result in payout holds or account suspension.
Intellectual Property:
Vendors retain ownership of their original content while granting SLOXLY permission to display, market, and distribute products through the platform.
Termination:
Vendor accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for violations including:
- Copyright infringement
- Fraudulent activity
- Fake products
- Unauthorized reselling
- Abuse of customers or platform systems
Limitation of Liability:
SLOXLY is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from vendor products, customer misuse, or third-party claims.
Policy Updates:
SLOXLY reserves the right to modify these Vendor Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
