Sloxly operates as a digital product marketplace where users can buy and sell downloadable items such as website templates, source codes, scripts, plugins, and digital tools. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
2. DEFINITIONS
- “Buyer” refers to a user purchasing a digital product from the Sloxly platform.
- “Author” or “Seller” refers to a user who uploads and sells digital products on Sloxly.
- “Product” refers to any digital file or downloadable content available on the platform.
- “Account” means the user’s personal account created on Sloxly.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sloxly. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To make a purchase or become an Author, you must create an account on Sloxly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
5. PRODUCT PURCHASES
- All purchases made through Razorpay are final once payment is successful.
- Upon successful payment, the Buyer receives immediate access to the digital download.
- Since all products are digital, no physical shipping is required.
6. AUTHOR TERMS
- Authors must ensure all products uploaded are original and free from copyright violations.
- Authors retain ownership of their products but grant Sloxly a license to sell and distribute them through the platform.
- Authors are responsible for file quality, accuracy, and support for their listed products.
- Sloxly reserves the right to remove or reject any product that violates our guidelines or policies.
7. PAYMENTS & COMMISSIONS
- All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
- Buyers pay the listed product price, and Authors receive earnings after deducting Sloxly’s commission or transaction fee.
- Payouts to Authors are made through UPI or bank transfer as per withdrawal policy.
8. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Since all Sloxly products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds are granted only under specific conditions such as file corruption, wrong file, or duplicate payment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
9. LICENSE & USAGE
When you purchase a product from Sloxly, you are buying a license to use it, not ownership of the product. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the purchased files outside Sloxly is strictly prohibited.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users agree not to:
- Upload or distribute copyrighted or illegal content.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Misuse Sloxly’s payment or delivery systems.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or harm the platform.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, design, and code on Sloxly are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Sloxly provides its services “as is” without any warranties. While we ensure product quality and payment safety, we are not liable for issues caused by third-party authors or external factors.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sloxly shall not be held responsible for:
- Any loss or damage arising from product use.
- Payment disputes beyond our control.
- Issues caused by external payment gateways like Razorpay.
14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Sloxly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating our Terms, engaging in fraud, or misusing platform features.
15. MODIFICATIONS
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
